Our processing time can take up to 14 days, so we encourage you to plan ahead and order in advance. While our processing time can take up to 14 business days, we work diligently to ship your order as soon as possible. If you're located within the UK, expect your order to arrive within 1-5 working days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

For worldwide orders, the processing and shipping time usually takes around 14-25 days (not including weekends or holidays). We understand the importance of timely and secure delivery, and that's why we offer tracking and signing for all orders shipped via Royal Mail. International Tax and Duties

These fees are not collected by BundledJoy and therefore cannot be refunded. However, our tracking system will provide you with updated information on the status of your shipment, so you can stay informed throughout the process.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered during the checkout process to avoid any delays or issues in the delivery.
