At BundledJoy, we stand behind the quality of our hair. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final, so we highly recommend that you choose your products carefully. However, if you receive a damaged bundle or lace system, we offer refunds or exchanges. Please note that returns are only valid if they have been communicated to us within 7 days of receiving the item.

If you believe there has been a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from BundledJoy. If a return is necessary, our team will process your request as quickly as possible. A decision on whether to approve your refund request will be made after we have received your return. If approved, you will receive your refund in the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
*Please note that if the tags on the product are no longer attached or if there are signs of any usage, we reserve the right to reject the return regardless of the circumstances.
